Terms of Use — OMEN

These terms govern your use of the OMEN app ("OMEN", "the app", "we", "us"). By using OMEN you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What OMEN is

OMEN is a ritual app for reflection: a daily sign, private intentions you write, and a personal star map. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use. OMEN is a tool for noticing and reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and its signs are not predictions. You decide what any of it means to you.

Your account

You may sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to save your work. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. See the Privacy Policy for what an account involves.

Your content

Intentions you write are yours. You are responsible for the content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you within the app (including syncing it across your own devices when you sign in). We do not use it for anything else.

Subscription

OMEN is offered through an auto-renewing subscription. There is no free tier: full access requires an active subscription. (A limited-access state may be shown before you subscribe, but it is not a permanent free plan.)

• What is sold: access to OMEN's features for the duration of the subscription.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Price and period: the price and billing period (for example, monthly or annual) are shown in the app at the point of purchase and in the App Store. Any introductory or promotional offer applies only as described at purchase.
• Managing and cancelling: you manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store — in your device's Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process payments and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer beyond what the law allows, or interfere with its security, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep OMEN running, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change as the app evolves.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this document and its "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
